Addicted 2 Recovery 5K

If you or anyone else you know has had to deal with mental health or a substance abuse problem, then you know how challenging it can be. These people have to work very hard to start leading normal lives again, which can have a huge impact on themselves, their family, and their friends. However, people recover every day, which is something to celebrate. That’s why so many people take part in the Addicted 2 Recovery 5K. This race allows you to get a great workout in while showing support for those who are recovering and who have recovered from mental health and substance abuse problems. If you want to show your support and do some running (or even walking!), make sure to sign up for this event. Learn more about what you can expect from it below.
