The last time that Pitbull and Enrique Iglesias toured together, it was 2015 and the concert was one of the hottest tickets in town. The tour was supposed to end in 2014, but it was so popular that the performers extended it to 2015. Now, they’re providing fans with an encore with a joint tour that is spanning 16 cities.
The pair was set to take their dual-headlining act to the American Bank Center Arena in Corpus Christi on September 26, but due to the effects of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, they’ve rescheduled for November 19. Tickets are still available for this event.
What to Expect
Enrique Iglesias and Pitbull are both headliners, but they do not perform together. Instead, you will see two separate concerts.
The two performers bring a different type of energy to the show. Enrique Iglesias is very personable and even goes out into the crowd. He connects with his fans, and you will feel like you are a part of an intimate event with him. It might be an intimate event where you take center stage, though. He is known to hand the mic off to the audience, so do your warmups ahead of time in case you’re called to sing.
Pitbull, on the other hand, is all about the energy. From his singing to his dancing, he runs at full speed most of the time. He does take time out to talk to the audience, and he’s also very personable. He connects well with the people in the crowd, making everyone feel as if they are a part of something special.
Both stars go through their hits, and Enrique Iglesias does his Spanish and English hits. If there is a song you love, you’ll probably hear it.
You can expect hours of hit music, dancing, and lots of energy. Whether it’s Pitbull or Enrique Iglesias, you’re in for a good time.
Then, of course, there’s the opening act. It’s nothing to turn your nose up at, either.
The Opener
CNCO is opening for the two megastars. This group made a name for itself on the reality show “La Banda” and has been growing in popularity ever since. The boy band is likely to draw a few swooning teens to the show. Don’t be surprised if you like the band, too, even if your teen years are well behind you. This band offers a high-energy performance that gets the party started. You will have a hard time staying in your seat when CNCO takes the stage.
This concert is going to be hot, and you don’t want to miss it. That means you need to make sure your vehicle will get you there. A trip to Mike Shaw Toyota in Robstown, Texas, will take care of that issue. Pick up a new Toyota, and then you’ll be ready to hit the concert.
