Do you love country music and supporting a good cause? If that’s the case, mark your calendar for Saturday, October 23 for the 48th Annual Cattle Baron’s Ball. Your favorite country stars will be performing to benefit the American Cancer Society. Ever since 1974, this event has raised millions to fight against the deadly disease, all while providing an enjoyable time for the crowd. Although, there is far more to offer than just tunes, as you are sure to enjoy the various auctions, raffles, and volunteer opportunities.
The Performers
We have made you wait long enough. Drum roll, please! The country music stars performing this year are Cole Swindell and Dierks Bentley. Although, the fun won’t be over once they leave the stage, as the Emerald City AllStars are sure to own the after-party. Be sure to check out the event schedule:
- 6:00 p.m. – VIP Party (by ticketed invitation only)
- 6:30 p.m. – Performance by Cole Swindell
- 7:00 p.m. – Cattle Baron Ball gates open to all guests
- 8:15 p.m. – Live Auction begins
- 10:25 p.m. – Raffle winners are announced
- 10: 30 p.m. – Performance by Dierks Bentley
- 12:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m. – After party performance by Emerald City AllStars
The Silent Auction
Can you beat the best price? Whether you are interested in donating to the auction or claiming a big-ticket item to take home for yourself, you will want to stop by this part of the event. Items placed up for auction valued at $1,000 or more will be available on the digital auction book. If you are able to donate any items, be sure to contact cattlebaronsdallas@cancer.org.
