Sadly, in our society today pitbulls get a reputation that they do not deserve. To break free of this unfair stigma, bring your furry friend down to Bullyz Under the Lights 2. The event will be held on Saturday, July 15 at 5 p.m. It will be hosted by TxGame Bullyz. Just as a side note: do not let the name discourage you – Bullyz simply is the term for your pitbull pals. Each dog will be able to socialize as well as be judged for prize money. You will not want to miss out on this awesome opportunity! Take a look at some of the former contestants here.
A La Mano (Food Truck Fridays)
Food trucks in Corpus Christi are popping up everywhere, and sometimes it can be difficult to track down your favorites. Well, on Saturday, July 28 you can feed your food truck frenzy. From 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. you will have the opportunity to indulge in some of your favorite kinds of food. You can enjoy some of the best food trucks in the Costal Bend at the North Bayfront Park the last Friday of every month.
A La Mano, also known as Food Truck Fridays, offers great food, music, and experiences for all its customers. Admission is absolutely free and you just have to pay for what food truck you want to support. Some confirmed vendors are Dine N Dash, Hi Ho on the Go, Mr. Gees BBQ and many more! Beauty & The Beast
Step into the world of Broadway theatre with this modern adaption of a Disney classic. Beauty and the Beast has been played to over 35 million people world-wide and is coming to the Harbor Play House. This stage version will include all the original songs along with some newly added ones as well! It will be one of the top Corpus Christi events this season. Ticket prices are $18 for adults and $10 for children under 13.
