Cupid’s Chase 5K
The Cupid’s Chase 5k welcomes walkers, joggers, and rollers to come out and experience this exciting event. The event takes place on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2022, beginning at 9 a.m. at Water’s Edge Park, 304 N. Shoreline Blvd., Corpus Christi, TX. The run is hosted by the non-profit group Community Options.
The purpose of the event is to help make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. Awards will be handed out for top finishes for both males and females in the following age categories: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-55, 55-59, 60-69, 70+.
Glen Miller Orchestra
There’s nothing more romantic than taking your date to listen to the most sought-after big band in the world. The Glen Miller Orchestra plays original and new arrangements of Glenn’s music and additional music of the era. The Glenn Miller Orchestra was formed in 1956 and has toured the world since. It is known for its unique jazz sound and swing dance engagements.
The Glenn Miller Orchestra will be at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Feb. 13, 2022, at 3 p.m.

A Beach Picnic
